Welcome to Distinct Defense Solutions, where Nic La Lanne, our Lead Instructor and Founder, brings over a decade of experience in the firearms industry. With a background as a competitive shooter, content creator, certified armorer, private security contractor, and certified instructor, Nic has dedicated himself to continuous personal improvement through training and collaboration with industry leaders. What sets him apart from many other instructors is that he provides highly engaging dynamic and reality-based curriculum, which will prepare students to conduct themselves responsibly in a life-threatening scenario. As he strengthens his relationship with Christ, he feels a duty to assist his community in preparing to confront and overcome evil, ensuring they don't become easy targets. This sense of purpose led him to establish Dis-Def in 2024.

Our firearms self-defense programs prioritize safety and practical techniques to ensure individuals can effectively deploy their firearms in protection of
themselves or others in life- threatening situations. We want to give you the skills and confidence to prevent yourself from being a victim.
